Park your bike easily
You can park your bike in the covered outdoor shelters at the back of the building.
If your bike is of high value, please let us know so we can arrange secure storage in our indoor bike room.
We’ll always find space for your bike — during high season, if you have any difficulty parking it, just get in touch!
We also offer bike hire on-site, including standard bikes, e-bikes, trailers, and baby seats. Feel free to book in advance to enjoy a worry-free stay.
Clean your bike
A basic cleaning kit is available for your everyday bike maintenance.
We also provide access to a water hose (garden hose style), which connects from our laundry area to the exterior of the building, allowing you to give your equipment a quick rinse.
Please avoid using or rinsing polluting products directly on the ground, and take care not to spill substances like oil or brake fluid. We're happy to assist you in setting up the wash station if needed.
We kindly ask you to leave the area clean and tidy after use.
Maintain and Repair your bike
We provide a selection of basic tools to help you adjust your bike or fix a flat if needed. The repair kit is located in our indoor bike storage room — feel free to contact us so we can either give it to you directly or grant you access to the room if we’re not on site.
You'll find:

Pumps and a compressor for inflating tyres

Various spanners, pliers, and general tools for minor repairs

Everything you need to change an inner tube in case of a puncture (patches, glue, tyre levers)

A few more specialised tools such as spoke keys and crank pullers
Please note: we are not bike mechanics and are unable to carry out repairs ourselves. However, we’ll gladly point you to reliable local bike shops and repair services if needed, such as BIKES STORE 2830 in Sévrier and FixBike in central Annecy.
